getting an error message when trying to reset password

Please see screenshot.  I have not received a recovery email as of yet. Thanks.

Hi Shirin,


The reset password is not available to the user on the account who is the System Administrator. The reset password is available for the employees that you create with email addresses, such as your cashiers


As the system administrator, you need to notify retailcloud or your processing partner and they will be able to reset your password and generate an email with a new password.
