Many functions on PAX devices (E500, E600, E700, E800, A920 etc...) require interacting with the PAXSTORE (either downloading or pushing apps to the device).


If there is a problem logging into the PAXSTORE or interacting with it, you can try these steps to resolve the issue.


  1. Go to Android Settings (Gear Icon)
  2. Go to Apps
  3. Go to PAXSTORE
  4. Force Stop the application
  5. Go to Storage
  6. Clear Cache
  7. Clear Data
  8. Go to the homescreen (circle icon)
  9. Reopen the PAXSTORE.


If successful, you should now be able to login to the PAXSTORE and download/receive applications.
