If you update your WinPOS application from the Traditional look to the new application and are on mysql 5.0, please be aware of the following.

The following known issue:

WinPOS backup feature fails (mysql does not support this feature)

Solution:

Backup your POS's on CAS to your dropbox or sftp site, so that you have your data in case of a natural disaster
