The tablet has customer facing ability for completing the sales transaction. The tablet can be rotated, or flipped to face the customer and they complete the sales transaction. They can also sign for credit card payments on the tablet screen. The signature is captured at the gateway for easy retrieval.
If you are a business that takes tips, enable the tip feature and the customer can include the tip in the sale.
How do you enable Signature Capture
On the tablet, go to Configuration (from the Home screen swipe from the left to pull out the menu)
Select Configuration>General (from the tab banner)
Scroll to Check Out and Enable Signature Capture
Also enable Customer Facing mode from the Configuration screen
Go to: Device and Enable Customer Facing Mode
Once enabled the signature box is available on the tablet. Printed receipts will not have a signature line
