Overview:


You have the ability to generate barcode labels from purchase orders through the Purchase Order. You can create the barcode labels at any point of the Purchase Order process - whether it be during the creation, or when you have completed the Purchase Order.


Solution:



Go to "Transactions > Purchase Orders" and select the status that you are currently at in your purchase order process, whether it be the beginning stages, approval process, or just wanting to look up the purchase order.


Once you get to the purchase order of your choice, go to "Generate Barcode Label".



Once you get to the "Generate Barcode Label" page, you will see at the bottom of the page the items from your Purchase Order.  Ensure that the quantity of barcodes you would like to have is in the Quantity field, and then select your printer details, optional details, and the label size you will be using. You would then select "Generate Barcode Label".


From here, all you have to do is select the Printer option at the top right-hand corner of the document.
