If you have sales transactions that were suspending on any register, regardless of device, they can be voided and removed on CAS

Steps to Remove Suspending Transactions

Step 1:
  • Select the Venue, Store, and Register for searching Suspended transactions
  • Select All for multiple Venues, Stores, or Registers
  • Press Search

Step 2:
It will display all of the requested suspended transactions
You can Void and to remove them by pressing the Void Button
