Setup BeautyExpress Q20.
Attached FirstDataRapidConnect Build as a reference, v1.03.00EE. This is not the same for every merchant.
First go to PDM > Local Upgrade > Upgrade
Wait for all applications to update
Reboot
Wait for Q20 to get update
If it does not press the 4 corners on the Q20 Screen to get into the menu
Go to System Settings
Go to App Management
Go to Activate
Go to Online
Go back to App Management
Go to App Load to manually load the file.
Reboot when done
The screen should not be the basic broadpos system anymore.
