Problem:
Unable to see E500 as online in Pax Store
E500 not able to update
RESOLUTION:
Must have at least 50% battery charge to install
Verify age of firmware, if very old will need to gradually update firmware (Cannot jump from very old to current)
With slow internet may take 20 min (in our office it takes 5 miuntes)
