When the loyalty program is enabled, the following is the process for earning points, redemption, and viewing customer's current points
CUSTOMERS EARNING POINTS:With the Loyalty Program enabled, points are displayed, so the cashier knows the current points that a customer has. If this is a new customer, the cashier is prompted to ask the customer if they would like to be added to the loyalty program When the Customer is added to the sales transaction: When the loyalty program is enabled, current points are visible on the sales transaction screen. This helps the cashier engage with the customer to encourage being close to attaining a reward or to suggest redeeming points during this sale When the Customer is not already added to the transaction: The customer will be prompted at the completion of the sales, asking if they would like to be added to the loyalty program. They will respond with one of the following:

CUSTOMERS REDEEMING POINTS:If a customer has earned enough points and is redeeming the points thefollowing steps must be taken:

When redeeming loyalty points, select the point level being redeemed from the Edit Item screen. |
