Troubleshooting the information displayed on Logistic Controls PDX3000 Pole Display



Problem:
The display is not showing sales information
The Cause:
The Command Set Mode is set incorrectly. We have found that the pole displays are sent from the manufacturer with the command set mode that is not compatible with our application.
Steps to Fix:
  1. Plug the Pole Display into the WinPOS
  2. Download the folder attached
  3. Extract it by right clicking on folder and select Extract All..
  4. Double click the file SelCmdLciGp-V1024 to open the Command Set Utility Tool
  5. From Select One Command drop down - select Epson110-D20 
  6. Select Save to Device
  7. Then Exit 
  8. Power down the pole display by unplugging it and try again.
