On the POS:
Go to Start (bottom let corner of computer)
Select Devices and Printers
Right Click on the Printer being changed
Select "Printer Properties"
Select "Device Settings"
Change "Document Cut Type" and "Page Cut Type" from "Partial Cut" to "No Cut"
Click OK on all windows to save the settings.
