The tablet keyboard needs to be disabled so that you have the keyboard available within the application
To enable the in app keyboard, the tablet default keyboard needs to be disabled.
- On the tablet, go to Settings (these are the settings for the tablet - not within our application)
- Depending on your tablet the default keyboard settings are located under Language and Input (or something similar)
- Select Keyboard and input methods>Default
- The default keyboard should be disabled (this will allow you to use the keyboards within the application)
