Scenario: User gets locked out of POS because of too many failed attempts


Steps to take to unblock user:


STEP 1:

The System Admin will need to log into CAS 

Navigate To: Management - User - Modify Employee 






STEP 2:

Select the employee by entering their name and pressing Find


All employees matching the criteria will be displayed

Select employee and press Show








STEP 3:

Modify the Password

Press Modify 



User now should be able to login to POS. 

Logging in will also clear failed login attempts on the POS
