This article has instructions for resetting the Star model Bluetooth scanner back to its' default settings. If something is misconfigured you can reset the scanner to the default settings and use it as if it was brand new. After this you can re-pair the scanner the same way that you did when you first got it.
Scan these codes in the same order as below. Wait about 10 seconds between each one.
