Negotiated pricing will be an option available for WinPOS to enter a Final price on a sales transaction screen. 

Step One: Add the item to the cart. Choose the discount button. A pop up appears with available discounts. Choose "Negotiate"
Step Two: The "Negotiate Price" dialog box appears. Enter the desired end price in the box. This is the price you desire to have after tax is applied.

Step Three: The system will further calculate and prorate a discount based on each cart line item & qty. When the negotiated pricing is applied all the other promotions are overridden and the final discount applied will be based on the price entered.  The discount will be applied as line item and will be displayed in the receipts.


The discounts will be reported to all the existing reports and will show up in Promotion reports.
