In the event that you must edit a customer's available loyalty points, please follow the below steps:
On CAS: Navigate to Transactions>Customers>Modify Loyalty Points
Enter the customer Name which you wish to modify. Customer records will show in a drop down below the customer name field. Click on the name of the customer which you wish to modify.
Once you have clicked on the customer's name, their information will populate, including their current points total. Enter the points which you wish to add or subtract, in the empty field for Enter Points:. Choose from the radio buttons if you wish to Add or Subtract points from the customer. The field for Modified Points will reflect the new total of points for the customer. Then choose Modify at the bottom, to save.
