Second printer for the Window's application is enabled on CAS (Web portal) for specified subcategories. Once enabled, any items sold from this subcategory will have a cashier prompt at the sale to print another sales receipt to a second printer.
Common use:
Delivery - Businesses that need a receipt printed from a full size sheet printer for the delivery driver to get signed by the customer upon delivery
How to Enable:
Determine which subcategories should prompt for second printed receipt
Create or modify the subcategory and check the box to enable Delivery receipt
On the POS:
When an item is sold that is in the specified subcategory, after the sales receipt prints, a pop up will display for the cashier to select to print a second receipt to a different printer.
