Steps for Customizing  Currency

Currency can be customized for your entire enterprise (the currency selected will apply to all venues and stores).

Customizing your currency is done on the web portal (CAS), under the Configuration Tab>Company Detail>Company Information.


To get to your web portal go to:
https://retailcloud.com/  and press LOGIN




Select your currency from the drop down options and save


If your Currency is not there:
If you need a currency that is not available in the drop down, you can request it from Support@retailcloud.com.

Please note that some upgrade levels will include the custom settings at no additional cost.



To Add Currency/Time Zone

Time Zone and currency can be customized for your entire enterprise (the time zone/currency selected will apply to all venues and stores).

Customizing your time zone/currency is done on the web portal (CAS), under the Configuration Tab>Company Detail>Company Information.






Select your Time Zone from the drop down options and save



If your Time Zone is not there:
If you need a time zone or currency that is not available in the drop down, you can request it from Support@retailcloud.com.
