Each employee should have their own username and password, these are created on the Poynt under the More Icon and go to Merchant Detail
Once the application is open, log in using the credentials created
Step 1:Enter the User Name and Password for the employee logging in Press Login  |
Step 2 - Other Features:Remember - Check this box to retain the user/password for future log in attempts Training Mode - Play around in the application to get familiar with the features, your transactions will not be saved Forgot Password - Allows for a reset of the users password PIN - If enabled, user can log in quickly using their 4 digit pin (in place of entering user/password
