· Create customer import file or if your current system didn’t track, start adding customers with every sale


· Ideas of customer groups – Are there customer groups that you want to create for your new and existing customers. These can be used for targeted marketing campaigns or for special pricing of specific items at the point of sale. The system recognized the customer as part of a special group and will automatically apply the discounted pricing.


· VIP customers – What criteria do you want to designate your VIP customers? Set your criteria on the web portal based on # of items purchased, dollar amount purchased, or profit and set the limits that qualify your customers for this distinction. Cashiers will instantly give these customers recognition at the point of sale.
